I use design to solve problems of all kinds.

My design background enables me to process information, filter and come up with unique solutions for a broad array of topics. Then organising and shaping of ideas leads me to relevant and actionable strategies.

Design thinking, yes. But also design doing.

Generating ideas is one thing. Converting them into action is another. I’m not afraid of doing work myself. But also helping organisations bring complex things to market is what I do well and I have the advantage of a broad network of collaborators too that can help get things done.

As part of the introductory phase to a partnership I will conduct pre-research aimed at understanding the full scope of the situation. I will ask important questions and work hard to establish an objective view from which to begin formal work. I conduct stakeholder interviews to uncover the pain points that exist and I contextualise that with current conditions and trends in the market place. I continue to put the pieces of the puzzle together assessing infrastructure, organization and network to understand and define the staging area from which activating the solution begins.

Solution Proposal

I will sketch out a range of ideas and possibilities that can address the problem. Together we go through a  filtering process which allows us to identify the most appropriate solution. I project an action network that can get the job done and attach relevant costs to the proposal.

Once a plan has been decide on I get the machine going to activate the solution. A schedule complete with key milestones and deliverables are fixed, progress is monitored and reported.
